A bathroom usually takes 3 to 4 weeks. A full kitchen is usually 6 to 8. Bigger projects depend on the scope, and your written proposal includes the timeline.
For most one room remodels, no. We close off the work area so the rest of the house stays livable. If a bigger job means the water or power will be off for a while, we'll tell you before we start so you can plan around it.
Your Black Oak project lead runs the job from start to finish. Specialized work like plumbing, electrical and roofing is done by licensed, insured trade partners, and their insurance certificates come with your proposal.
We pull every permit your project needs. It's already in your price, not added later, and you never have to deal with the city.
We finalize selections before demo so there are no surprises later. If you want to change something once work has started, we'll tell you what it does to the cost and the schedule before you decide.
We can go over financing options at your walkthrough. Either way, you'll have the full price in writing before you decide how to pay for it.
